    Migration Humanitarian Health Collective

Engagement  ·  A translation system for low-resource languages that adapts to each community over time

Outcome  ·  We are working with the Migration Humanitarian Health Collective on translation systems for low-resource languages. The interesting part is not the base model. It is the loop that lets the system get better for each community as they actually use it.

    OrthoFoodie

Engagement  ·  A monocular nutrition estimator that runs in real time inside a meal-tracking app

Outcome  ·  We are working with [OrthoFoodie](https://orthofoodie.app/) on a monocular food and nutrition estimator. Input is one phone photo of a meal. Output is a calorie and nutrient breakdown, fast enough to feel real-time inside an app.

    SMART Technologies

Engagement  ·  A generative pipeline that turns a teacher’s prompt into a classroom-ready interactive activity

Outcome  ·  We worked with SMART Technologies to build Elevate, a generative system that turns a teacher’s natural-language brief (for example, “make a counting game for kindergarten”) into a polished, ready-to-run interactive activity, with safety, latency, and provider redundancy treated as first-class concerns.

    Hotchkiss Brain Institute

Engagement  ·  Presymptomatic Alzheimer’s detection from hyperspectral blood-sample imaging

Outcome  ·  We worked with the Hotchkiss Brain Institute on presymptomatic detection of Alzheimer’s disease from hyperspectral imaging on blood samples. The engagement was equal parts signal processing, time-series modelling, and the careful methodology that keeps a clinical pipeline honest.

    Cenovus Energy

Engagement  ·  Operational analytics, forecasting, and predictive maintenance for multi-facility field operations

Outcome  ·  We worked with Cenovus Energy on a data programme to lift the quality of operational decisions across multiple facilities. The work spanned data cleaning, feature engineering, model selection, training, deployment, and the daily reporting layer that engineers actually open in the morning.

01 / Start a brief

Talk to the people who’ll do the work.

We staff small and senior, scope by phase, and end on a written deliverable. We don’t sell decks or hours.

If we’re not the right team for the job, we say so on the first call. The bar is production, not pitch.
